Creative Kids: Reindeer Gift Wrap

The Crafty Kitty | Reindeer Gift Wrap

Here is a really quick and simple way for the kids to make some gift wrap, for all those presents!

Materials:

  • cardboard tube
  • brown, red and black paint
  • brown parcel paper
  • cotton bud

The Crafty Kitty | Reindeer Gift WrapTake your cardboard tube, draw on some antler shapes, cut out and bend the antlers so that they are perpendicular to the tube (see image).

Dip the end of the tube in some brown paint and then press on top of the parcel paper to leave a reindeer head print.

Decorate the reindeer face using fingers and cotton buds with black paint for eyes and red paint for a nose! You might like to add red pom poms for noses, or alternate so some reindeer have regular, black noses and some have a rudolph, red nose!

The red felt bow, was made using a tutorial from six sister’s stuff, and the green trees were made using a tutorial from krokotak
