- 1 can of (organic) coconut milk
- 2 (organic, fairtrade) bananas
- 6 tbsp (organic, fairtrade) cocoa powder
- agave nectar, to taste (optional)
Blend coconut milk, bananas and cocoa powder in a blender until smooth. Taste. If you prefer it a little sweeter then add a little agave (we didn’t!). Pour into your lolly moulds and freeze. If you have any mixture left over, you can put it into bowls in the fridge for a few hours and it makes a really yummy pudding too!
I made 4 ice lollies and 2 bowls of pudding out of this mix! Number of lollies will vary depending upon the size of your moulds, of course!
