The very lovely Hannah, gave me her yeast based recipe for cinnamon rolls (yay! thank you Hannah!) and despite an egg replacer shortage in our area, we finally got hold of some and today was the day to try out the recipe!
I added just under 100g chocolate chips to the recipe and instead of the cream cheese frosting suggested I drizzled over some vanilla icing instead. I also didn’t have quite enough light brown sugar so substituted half muscovado sugar, which made it very rich.
Luckily I have some help to work my way through the 18 chocolate chip cinnamon rolls the recipe produced!
