Cinnamon rolls

I came across this recipe on Hannah Banana Bakery’s facebook page. I decided this would be great to bake with my daughter.

She mixed the ingredients…

Performed quality control testing…

Rolled out the dough… Then after a lot of “don’t eat ALL the cinnamon butter” and “argh no don’t squish the rolled up dough!” we ended up with…

The recipe was really easy to use, but I would say it came out a bit like a scone in consistency. I’m hoping to try out a yeast based recipe to see if it makes it a bit lighter and also I really want to add chocolate chips into the mix!
